Taylor & Mitchell currently live in Platt Park and have been natives of Denver for a combined 8+ years.
They have been deeply entrenched in the health & wellness scene since each of them first moved to CO - meeting at Ragnar Aspen to begin dating shortly thereafter.
They started DNVR FIT out of a desire to get neighbors more aware of their neighbors in a non-intrusive, low tech, and organic approach.
We noticed the following trends (both as consumers and marketing professionals) and created DNVR FIT as an innovative solution for health & wellness brands to connect with the right consumers
Online / Digital
Social Media
Everyone is an influencer, which means everyone is a billboard. People are losing trust in influencer recommendations, because there is a clear, conflict of interest.
AI has rapidly penetrated social media to the point where people are leaving platform(s) once & for all due to the high amount of AI slop. And we are still in the early stages…
Person who pays the most, wins. Period.
Zero niche exclusivity, your ad could be sandwiched between two direct competitors.
Ad fatigue is real & has trained people to scroll past at the first “sniff” of an ad.
Never ending algorithm changes.
Expensive and/or time consuming to manage.
SEO (and now AEO / DEO)
Person who pays the most, wins. Period.
“The best place to hide a dead body is on the second page of Google”
Increasing penetration of LLMs introduces novel “search” challenges & nobody really knows how they work (& therefore how to fully optimize visibility).
Expensive and/or time consuming to manage.
Email Campaigns
Inboxes have never been more difficult to get into with email mailbox providers cracking down on bulk email senders.
Email users have a “low bar” for spammy messages.
Pure numbers game resulting in low quality messaging, typically (noticeably) authored by AI.
Direct Mail
Diluted brand value by being placed next to non-premium offerings. You’re selling 5-6 figure bundled health & wellness services, but you’re next to an oil change coupon? What’s going on here…
Pure numbers game / spray & pray approach…mail blasts to entire zip codes rely on the concept of a big denominator (to make up for a low engagement rate), which is fine, but a lot of money for a lot of irrelevant eyeballs.
Zero niche exclusivity (often times, direct mailers want to provide their readers multiple options in the same niche to choose from).
Magazine / Editorial Content Advertising
Publications are editorial first, sponsor success second, leading to:
→ No return on ad spend tracking or accountability
→ Zero effort on ad copywriting (unenticing call-to-actions)
→ Ads being viewed as distraction to the editorial content
Zero niche exclusivity → often times have a nearly identical offering within a few pages of each other.
Often times paying for irrelevant eyeballs given broad demographics.
Common Denominator Issues
AI Content Saturation: consumers are tuning out as AI floods every channel with low-quality, conflicted content
Conflict of Interest: influencers, publications, and platforms are all effectively billboards for the highest bidder. Consumers know it, and trust has collapsed accordingly.
Pay-to-Win Dynamics: the biggest budgets dominate placement, leaving smaller advertisers fighting for scraps
No Accountability: most channels offer limited transparency into what spend actually drives revenue
Zero Niche Exclusivity: your ad lives next to your competitor's, regardless of channel
Weak Targeting: broad demographics mean you're paying for a lot of eyeballs that will never buy
The Solution
We drop a quarterly, premium-branded Denver Health & Wellness Guide in high-traffic, premium neighborhood locations
Category Exclusivity: you own your niche(s), no competition and no “choice” to be made by the reader. You and only you. “Welcome to being the only fish in a small pond.”
Hyper-Local & Dense: we only distribute our guides within a <5 mile radius
Data-Driven: each drop location selected via extensive mobile traffic data to make sure your brand isn’t missed by anybody
Evergreen Presence: no algorithm changes, no ad fatigue
Long-Term Visibility: lives on coffee & conference room tables for months
Cross-Promotion: we bring together our Partners and encourage cross promotion between non-competitive services, creating a 1 + 1 = 3 equation rather than the typical cannibalization from competing offers
